TROCAS E DEVOLUÇÕES - PORTUGUÊS

Se por algum motivo não estiveres satisfeito com algum dos artigos que encomendaste poderás efectuar uma troca ou devolução do(s) mesmo(s).

Não são permitidas trocas ou o reembolso de piercings, alargadores ou artigos de bijuteria como brincos ou semelhantes que possam apresentar riscos para a saúde dos clientes. É pedida a máxima atenção na escolha das medidas dos mesmos aquando do momento da compra. Por motivos de higiene não são permitidas trocas ou o reembolso de artigos de lingerie ou roupa interior.

As trocas e devoluções deverão ser efectuadas num prazo máximo de 14 dias após receberes a tua encomenda, devendo a Triparte ser informada com a maior rapidez acerca da intenção de troca.

Frisamos a importância de que nos comuniques atempadamente o teu desejo de troca ou devolução. Não serão aceites reenvios por parte dos clientes sem comunicação prévia com a loja.

Os artigos a trocar terão de encontrar-se em perfeitas condições, sem marcas, sinais de uso, manchas ou odores, e deverão ser reenviados tal como foram recebidos, da forma em que foram acondicionados.

Pedimos que efectues sempre qualquer reenvio por correio registado, para que tanto tu como nós possamos seguir todos os passos até que a encomenda chegue às nossas instalações.

Nos casos de reenvio, o pagamento dos portes ficará a cargo do cliente, salvo se a responsabilidade pela insatisfação com o artigo for atribuída à loja.

Depois de recebermos os artigos devolvidos na nossa loja e de verificarmos que reúnem as condições acima descritas, procederemos da forma acordada entre as duas partes, realizando uma troca por um artigo de valor igual ou superior, ou a devolução do montante pago. Se o novo artigo que desejas for mais caro do que aquele que adquiriste anteriormente a diferença será calculada e uma nova referência de pagamento ser-te-á enviada.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items you have ordered you can exchange or return them.

 
Exchanges or refunds are not allowed for piercings, stretchers or jewellery items such as earrings or similar that may present a health risk to the customer. We ask for maximum attention in the choice of measurements when proceeding with a purchase. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear are not exchangeable or refundable.

 
Exchanges and returns must be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order. We must be informed, as soon as possible, about any intention of exchange or return.

 
Please inform us in due time about your intention to make an exchange or return. Especially with international orders, which may be subject to customs processing, it is of the upmost importance that returns should previously be discussed with us, following our guidelines to ensure their correct resolution. No returns will be accepted from customers without prior communication with the shop.

 
Items to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without any marks, signs of use, stains or odours, and must be sent back as received, the same way as they were packaged.

 
We ask that you always send any goods back by registered post, so that both you and we can follow the order until it arrives at our premises.

 
When a return or re-shipment is intended, payment of postage fees or any other charges will be atrributed to the customer, unless the responsibility for the dissatisfaction with the item is attributed to our store.


In case of purchase regret and, by the customer, subsequent request for return of the amount paid for the ordered items, the amount returned is subject to the fees charged by associated services (Banking Institutions, MBWAY, PayPal, etc.).

 
Once we receive the returned items and verify that they meet the conditions described above, we will proceed in the manner agreed between the two parties, proceeding with an exchange for an item of equal or greater value, or the return of the amount paid. If the new intended item is more expensive than the one bought before, the difference will be calculated and a new payment request will be sent to you.
